In July, August and high season minimum stay should be one week, from Saturday to Saturday, anyway we will do our best to satisfy all the requests.

VERY IMPORTANT: To confirm the booking and obtain the Reservation Voucher we will require valid credit card details, and we will charge 50% of the total of the stay. A reservation is confirmed only when the Voucher has been issued.
CANCELLAYION POLICY, according to our small resort (only 7 suites):
In case of a cancellation, the amount due to us is according to the following deadlines:
Since booking date till 46 days before Check in 30% of the total is due
Since 45 day before Check in till 30 days before Check in 90% of the total is due
Since 29 day before Check in till arrival day or not show 100% of the total is dueIn case of earlier departure no refund can be requested.
We strongly recommend you consider purchasing a holiday-insurance covering cancellation risk.
